Conventioneers are being smarter with their convention dollars because preparing for 1 or 2 large conventions can generate significantly more traffic and be more cost effective than trying to fit in smaller conventions with fewer attendees.

Convention Organizers feel that larger conventions with better venues would be a better overall experiences and lower average cost per attendee.
