Exhibiting at America's Center
America's Center Convention Complex covers 2.2 million square feet on the north side of downtown St. Louis along Washington Avenue, a short walk from the Gateway Arch grounds. Under one roof are the Cervantes Convention Center with seven contiguous exhibit halls totaling 574,000 square feet, The Dome at America's Center (a 67,000-seat stadium that can host exhibits), the St. Louis Executive Conference Center, and the 1,400-seat Ferrara Theatre. The complex also offers 95 meeting rooms and the 28,000-square-foot America's Ballroom.
The AC Next Gen project, now complete, added a 72,000-square-foot exhibit hall with a 210-foot clear span and daylight windows, more than doubled the enclosed loading docks, and refurbished the Washington Avenue entrance. Explore St. Louis operates the complex with a mix of exclusive and preferred vendors: Encore is exclusive only for AV in the Ferrara Theatre and for rigging in the Ballroom (220 Complex), while Levy holds exclusive catering. The VEX Robotics World Championship was held here in 2026. Because the complex has several buildings and entrances, confirm which one your event uses before you ship or travel.

Facts checked October 15, 2026 against the sources listed below. Schedules and providers can change from show to show; your exhibitor manual has the final word.
Power, internet, and Wi-Fi
- Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services is the venue's electrical provider for show management and exhibitors, including hard-wire cabling, and it also handles plumbing, compressed air, and natural gas.
- Smart City Networks is the exclusive provider of telecommunications at America's Center, covering wired and wireless internet, phones, and circuits, ordered through its exhibitor portal.
- No published ban on exhibitor hotspots or access points was found, so the show's exhibitor manual is the place to confirm wireless rules.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in lobbies, meeting rooms, and common spaces is for light use, so order a wired Smart City line for demos and lead syncing.
- Our rented screens and tablets plug into the Edlen outlet you order and work with the Smart City connection you buy.
Move-in and delivery
- AC Next Gen more than doubled the enclosed loading docks, but the operator does not publish exact dock totals or marshaling details, so get your dock assignment from the general service contractor.
- Ask which hall you are in, since the new 72,000-square-foot hall and the original halls may use different docks.
- Move-in and move-out schedules come from show management and the general service contractor.
- We deliver rental gear for your move-in slot and can be listed on an exhibitor-appointed contractor form when your show requires it.
What exhibitors rent at America's Center
- Booth Tech Kits: Lead Capture iPads, Screens, and Charging: Lead capture iPads with offline storage keep working whether your booth has a Smart City line or only the light-use public Wi-Fi nearby.
- Booth TVs, Monitors, and Video Walls: The 210-foot clear span in the new hall leaves open sightlines for large displays and video walls.
- Registration, Check-In, and Badge Printing: Events that use the Dome or Ferrara Theatre alongside the halls may need check-in stations at more than one entrance.
- Show Office and Breakout Room Technology: With 95 meeting rooms and the Executive Conference Center, show offices and breakouts often need laptops, printers, and projectors.
Before you exhibit at America's Center
- Order booth power from Edlen and internet from Smart City well before the deadlines in your kit.

- Booth food and beverage fall under Levy's exclusive catering rights.
- Confirm whether your event is in the Cervantes halls, the Dome, or the Executive Conference Center, and plan your entrance accordingly.
- Lambert Airport is about 14 miles northwest of downtown; allow for the drive on arrival day.
