Exhibiting at Georgia World Congress Center
The Georgia World Congress Center sits in downtown Atlanta on Andrew Young International Boulevard, next to Centennial Olympic Park and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, served by MARTA's SEC District Station. Three connected buildings (A, B, and C) hold more than 1.5 million square feet of exhibit space across a series of exhibit halls, plus two grand ballrooms, three auditoriums, and 98 meeting rooms, within 4.1 million total square feet. The venue opened in 1976, Building C followed in 2002, and the Signia by Hilton Atlanta opened in 2024, connected to Building C.
IPPE and MODEX are among the large shows that use the campus, where utilities are exclusive and clearly assigned: Edlen for electrical, plumbing, and cable, CCLD Networks for internet and phone, and ON Site for house sound and some rigging. The Georgia World Congress Center Authority runs an on-site marshalling yard of about 540,000 square feet on Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard, with room for about 600 trucks, which feeds 72 loading docks and drive-on exhibit halls. Walking between buildings typically takes 5 to 15 minutes, so check which building's docks serve your hall.

Facts checked October 15, 2026 against the sources listed below. Schedules and providers can change from show to show; your exhibitor manual has the final word.
Power, internet, and Wi-Fi
- Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services is the exclusive provider of electrical, plumbing, and cable services, ordered online through Edlen.
- CCLD Networks is the exclusive internet and telephone provider, offering high-speed lines, dedicated bandwidth, custom wireless networks, fiber, and phone lines.
- No venue-level rule on exhibitor hotspots was found, but at least one show held here (IPPE) has banned exhibitor wireless networks without show approval because of RF interference, so check your show's manual.
- The public GWCCWIFI network covers common areas and is not meant for booth demos. Order a CCLD line for anything critical; our gear plugs into Edlen power, and lead capture iPads can keep working offline when your app supports it.
Move-in and delivery

- Dock access and delivery windows vary by event; confirm them with your general contractor and show management.
- We deliver rentals for your move-in window and can be named on your exhibitor-appointed contractor form when your show requires it.
What exhibitors rent at Georgia World Congress Center
- Booth TVs, Monitors, and Video Walls: Booths up to the 30 foot height limit leave room for video walls and truss-mounted displays powered by Edlen.
- Booth Tech Kits: Lead Capture iPads, Screens, and Charging: iPads with offline lead capture are a safe choice at shows that restrict exhibitor wireless, as IPPE has.
- Touchscreen Kiosks for Booths and Shows: Kiosks on a wired CCLD line let attendees browse products on their own while your staff works the aisle.
- Show Wi-Fi, Hotspots, and Connectivity: Good for hotel suites and off-site events; on the show floor, check your show's wireless rules first, since some shows here ban exhibitor networks.

- Need rigging in a ballroom or for a general session in an exhibit hall? That work is exclusive to ON Site.
- Do not rely on GWCCWIFI for booth demos; order a CCLD line instead.
