Show planner questions

Can you equip registration for a large convention?

Yes. We rent check-in stations, self-service kiosks, and badge printers in the quantities a large show needs, along with spares. Tell us your registration software, expected attendance, and peak arrival time, and we will recommend a station count.

Do show organizers have to follow the venue's exclusive provider rules too?

Yes. Venue exclusives for power, internet, rigging, and in-house AV usually apply to show management as well as exhibitors, and many are written into the venue license agreement. We plan our equipment to work with those providers.

Can you deliver to a show office before move-in starts?

Often, yes. Show offices are usually set up a day or more before exhibitor move-in. Give us the date your team needs the equipment and the room or office location, and we will plan delivery for it.
