Projectors and Screens for Trade Shows and Breakouts

Conference, short-throw, and higher-output projectors with tripod or fast-fold screens sized to the booth or breakout room.

At a glance

ConventionVendor.com rents conference, short-throw, and higher-output projectors with tripod and fast-fold screens for booth demos, breakout rooms, and sessions. We size the projector to the room light and the farthest viewer, and the screen to the space you have.

Match the projector, the screen, and the room

A projector only works when the screen, the throw distance, and the light in the room agree. We plan them together.

Short-throw units fit shallow spaces like a booth wall, where a presenter would otherwise walk through the beam. Higher-output and laser projectors suit deep or bright rooms and all-day sessions.

Tripod screens suit quick rooms. Fast-fold frames carry larger sessions, and a dress kit hides the frame when the screen sits on a stage.

Projectors on the show floor

Exhibit halls are bright, so a projector in a booth often needs higher output or a short throw onto a screen shaded by the booth structure. For bright aisles, a booth TV or LED poster may read better.

In breakout rooms, note columns and where a screen frame can stand, and plan a confidence monitor if the presenter cannot see the screen.

What to tell us

  • Room or booth size and ceiling height
  • Whether the lights can be dimmed
  • Laptop or source and which port it uses
  • Whether the presenter needs a confidence monitor
  • Move-in and move-out dates

Frequently asked questions
