Booth Tech Kits: Lead Capture iPads, Screens, and Charging
iPads for lead capture, a monitor on a stand, and a charging station, packed as one kit for your booth and delivered for move-in.
At a glance
A booth tech kit bundles the three things most exhibitors need: iPads or tablets on stands for capturing leads, a TV or monitor on a floor stand for your video or slides, and a charging station so devices and visitors' phones stay powered. ConventionVendor.com sizes the kit to your booth and staff count and delivers it for your show's move-in.
Everything a booth needs, in one order
Most booths run on the same core equipment: a way to capture leads, a screen that tells your story from the aisle, and power for everything with a battery. Ordering it as one kit means the iPads, stands, screen, cables, and charging arrive together, labeled, and tested.
We match the kit to how your booth works. A 10x10 with two staff members needs very different equipment than an island booth running product demos, so we ask about staff count, traffic, and what you want visitors to do before we recommend quantities.
The kit plugs into the booth power you order from the show's electrical provider. If your show requires outside vendors to be registered before setting up in your booth, list us on the form and we will follow the show's rules for move-in.
| iPads for lead capture | About one per one or two staff working at the same time, plus a spare |
|---|---|
| Booth screen | 50-55 inch for 10x10, 65 inch for 10x20, larger or a video wall for islands |
| Charging | Tabletop for small booths; kiosk or locker style for islands and high traffic |
| Power | Ordered from the show's electrical provider; we list the wattage of your kit |
| Rental period | Move-in through move-out, by the day or week |
General guidance. Your quote confirms the exact equipment for your booth, show, and dates.

- Lighter freight
- Screens and stands are the heaviest things in many crates. Renting near the show keeps them off your freight bill in both directions.
- Tested before the show
- Devices arrive charged, updated, and ready for your lead retrieval app, so setup is unpacking, not troubleshooting.
- One itemized quote
- Devices, stands, charging, cables, and delivery on one quote that procurement can approve without chasing three vendors.
- Spares on hand
- We recommend a spare iPad and charger so a dropped device does not cost you a morning of leads.
Making a booth kit work on the show floor
Order booth power early and put outlet locations on your floor plan. A screen, a charging station, and a demo laptop are easy to run from one well-placed outlet, but not from a drop at the wrong corner of the booth.
Your lead retrieval license usually comes from the show's official provider, ordered through the exhibitor kit. Tell us which app you will use and we will have the iPads ready for it, with cases and stands that keep them secure overnight.
Plan connectivity before you arrive. Many apps can capture leads offline and sync later, which matters at venues that restrict personal hotspots or where shared Wi-Fi is slow.

Frequently asked questions
Can the iPads be ready for our lead retrieval app?
Yes. Tell us which app your show or your company uses, and we will prepare the iPads so your team only needs to sign in. Some show apps are installed and licensed by the show's provider at the booth, which we plan around.
Do the iPad stands lock?
Locking floor and tabletop stands are available, which helps on show nights when the hall is closed but booths stay set. Ask for them in your quote request.
Can the booth kit include a charging station for visitors?
Yes. A charging station draws people into the booth and gives staff a reason to start a conversation. Small booths usually use a tabletop unit, and larger booths use a kiosk or locker-style station.
What if we need more iPads after the show opens?
Call us as soon as you know. Additions during a show depend on availability and the venue's rules for deliveries during show hours, so planning a spare up front is the safer choice.
