Trade Show Booth Building: Custom, Modular, and Rental Booths

Custom, modular, and rental trade show booths for every booth size, with printed graphics, shipped to your show.

At a glance

ConventionVendor.com designs and builds trade show booths of every size, from tabletop and 10x10 inline booths to peninsulas and islands. Choose a custom, modular, or rental build. We print your graphics, ship the booth to the advance warehouse or show site with prepaid return labels, and can store it between shows. Booth setup is available in most cities as an add-on, quoted per show.

One booth, built to your show's rules

Every show publishes display rules for your booth type, including height limits and sightlines for inline, peninsula, and island spaces. We design your booth to the rules in your exhibitor manual.

You review and approve the design and graphics before anything is built.

We ship the finished booth to the advance warehouse or show site, with prepaid return labels for the trip back. Booth setup is available in most cities as an add-on, quoted per show.

What the show provides

Some services at a convention center can only be ordered from the show's official contractor or the venue. Booth electrical, rigging for hanging signs, and drayage (moving freight from the dock or advance warehouse to your booth) are ordered through your exhibitor service kit. We'll help you plan what to order so it lines up with your booth.

Many shows also ask exhibitors to register any outside company working in their booth by a deadline before move-in. You handle the show's exhibitor contractor paperwork, and we can send on-site techs to help with your build. Check your exhibitor manual. See exhibitor-appointed contractors and shipping to convention centers.

Lead times depend on the size of your build. Smaller booths can come together in a few weeks, while larger custom builds can take a few months. The earlier you reach out, the more options you'll have. Tight timelines can add cost, so plan ahead when you can.
