Screens that stop traffic
Booth TVs, Monitors, and Video Walls
TVs and commercial displays on floor stands or truss mounts, and LCD video walls, sized so your message reads from the aisle.
At a glance
Most exhibitors rent a 50-55 inch screen for a 10x10 booth, a 65 inch screen for a 10x20, and larger displays or a 2x2 video wall for islands. ConventionVendor.com rents booth TVs and monitors on floor stands, displays for truss mounts, and LCD video walls, sized to your booth and delivered for move-in.
The screen is your booth's headline
Attendees decide in a few seconds whether to stop. A screen mounted high enough to see over the crowd, showing a short loop with large text, does more of that work than any table display.
We rent commercial displays that are built to run all day, on floor stands that hold them at a readable height, plus mounts for booths with truss or structures. For bigger statements, an LCD video wall combines several thin-bezel panels into one large image.
Tell us how you will play your content, from a laptop, a USB drive, or a media player, and we will include the cables and source the screen needs.

Screens, power, and show rules
Each display needs power from your booth electrical order. Most 55-65 inch commercial displays draw a few hundred watts at most, so a single outlet usually covers a screen and a laptop, but a video wall needs more. We list the wattage on your quote.
Some venues require their own electricians or labor to mount screens on structures or to hang anything overhead. Check your exhibitor manual, especially for truss-mounted displays, and see the venue notes on our convention center pages.
Keep content short and readable from about ten feet away: a loop of 30-90 seconds with large headlines works better on a show floor than a long video with small text.

Frequently asked questions
How high should a booth TV be mounted?
High enough that the bottom of the screen clears the heads of people standing in front of it, often around 5 to 6 feet off the floor for a floor stand. That keeps the message visible from the aisle even when your booth is busy.
Can we rent a touchscreen display for the booth?
Yes. Touchscreen displays work well for demos and product selectors. If you want a freestanding unit visitors use on their own, see our kiosk rentals.
Is a video wall worth it for a trade show booth?
For island and large peninsula booths, often yes. A 2x2 video wall creates a large image that reads across the hall. For inline booths, one well-placed large display is usually the better use of space and power.
Can the screens be set up before we arrive?
In many cases a technician can deliver and set up during move-in, depending on the show's rules for outside vendors and your booth build schedule. Tell us when your booth structure will be ready.
