Anaheim Convention Center: booth rentals and exhibitor notes

Over 1 million square feet of exhibit space in the Anaheim Resort district, home to The NAMM Show and Natural Products Expo West.

At a glance

At the Anaheim Convention Center, booth internet, network drops and cable pulling are exclusive to Smart City Networks, and booth power comes from the ACC-approved electrical provider your show uses. ConventionVendor.com rents booth technology for Anaheim shows, from lead capture iPads to displays, and times delivery to your move-in under the show's rules.

Exhibiting at Anaheim Convention Center

The Anaheim Convention Center sits on a 53-acre, city-owned campus on Katella Avenue, a short walk from the Disneyland Resort. Exhibit Halls A through E run along the ground level, ballrooms and meeting rooms stack on the second and third levels, and ACC North, opened in 2017, adds 100,000 square feet of carpeted space on each of its two levels. Five adjacent hotels make up what Visit Anaheim calls the Anaheim Campus, so many exhibitors walk to the halls each morning.

The NAMM Show in January and Natural Products Expo West in March are two of the best-known shows held here. The ACC has no marshalling yard, no shipping and receiving department, and no storage, so everything moves through your show's general service contractor. Booths in ACC North load through separate docks off Hotel Way, while ballroom-level freight rides the Hall E freight elevator after a push of about 300 feet. Knowing which space your booth is in tells you how your gear will reach it.

Facts checked October 15, 2026 against the sources listed below. Schedules and providers can change from show to show; your exhibitor manual has the final word.

Power, internet, and Wi-Fi

  • Booth power comes from an ACC-approved electrical provider under contract with the venue. The provider is chosen per show, so the order form in your exhibitor kit tells you who it is.
  • Smart City Networks is the exclusive provider of exhibitor internet, data, voice and networking at the ACC, and cable pulling is exclusive to Smart City as well. Orders go through Smart City's online portal and require a booth floor plan.
  • We found no published ACC rule banning exhibitor hotspots, but show-specific wireless rules can appear in your exhibitor kit, so check it before planning on one. The free facility Wi-Fi is not meant for mission-critical use.
  • For lead retrieval, demos or payments, order a wired drop or paid Exhibitor Wi-Fi from Smart City. Our rented displays, laptops and iPads plug into the power you order, and lead capture apps that work offline keep scanning if the connection drops.

Move-in and delivery

  • Halls A-E share 37 docks and ACC North has 6, and the docks are shared between shows rather than assigned to one. ACC North loads in through its 100 Level docks off Hotel Way.
  • There is no marshalling yard, shipping and receiving, or storage at the ACC, and deliveries cannot arrive before the first move-in day. Staging or unloading on Hotel Way, Convention Way, Transit Plaza or Katella Avenue is prohibited.
  • Move-in and move-out times for each event come from show management and the general service contractor, along with any off-site marshalling arrangements.
  • We schedule your rental delivery for the show's move-in window and follow the route your GSC requires. If your show uses an exhibitor-appointed contractor form, list ConventionVendor.com on it.

What exhibitors rent at Anaheim Convention Center

Before you exhibit at Anaheim Convention Center

  • Have your booth floor plan ready before ordering from Smart City, because the portal asks for one.
  • Skip the free facility Wi-Fi for badge scanning or payments; a wired line or paid Exhibitor Wi-Fi is the safer choice.
  • Booked into ACC North or a ballroom? Confirm the load-in route early, since those spaces use the Hotel Way docks or the Hall E freight elevator.
  • Encore's rigging exclusive covers the Arena, Ballroom and ACC North 200 Level but not trade show hanging signs in the exhibit halls, so confirm who rigs your space before you order.
  • Never schedule a delivery ahead of the first move-in day; the building has nowhere to receive or hold it.

Schedules, deadlines, and service providers can change from show to show. Always confirm details in your show's exhibitor manual. Our exhibitor timeline lists what to order and when.

Anaheim Convention Center FAQ

Who provides booth internet at the Anaheim Convention Center?

Smart City Networks is the exclusive provider of exhibitor internet, data, voice and networking services, including cable pulling. You order through Smart City's online portal with a booth floor plan. Free facility Wi-Fi exists but is not meant for mission-critical use.

Can I use a Wi-Fi hotspot at the Anaheim Convention Center?

We found no published ACC rule that bans exhibitor hotspots. Smart City is still the only source for booth internet service and network cabling, and your show may publish its own wireless rules. Check your exhibitor manual before relying on a hotspot in the hall.

Can you deliver booth equipment to the Anaheim Convention Center?

Yes. Because the ACC has no shipping and receiving department or storage, we plan delivery for your move-in dates and follow your general service contractor's instructions. If your show requires exhibitor-appointed contractor registration, add us to that form.
