Exhibiting at DeVos Place
DeVos Place sits on the east bank of the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids, a short walk from Van Andel Arena, and is managed by Legends Global. Its 162,000-square-foot exhibit hall is column-free, and the building adds a 40,000-square-foot ballroom, 26 meeting rooms that can be subdivided, and the 2,543-seat DeVos Performance Hall. Skywalks link the center to the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, the JW Marriott Grand Rapids, and the Courtyard by Marriott, and the planner guide lists further hotels as reachable by skywalk.
The Grand Rapids Boat Show is scheduled here for February 17-21, 2027. Logistics revolve around two separate dock areas: the Michigan Street docks at the north end serve the exhibit halls and Grand Gallery, while the Lyon Street docks at the south end serve the Performance Hall, ballrooms, and meeting rooms. Labor is scheduled through IATSE Local 26, and there is no on-site freight storage, so shipments should arrive when your contractor can receive them.
